Terms of Service

Last updated October 9, 2026

Accepting these terms

By shortening a link or creating an account with TinyLink, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

The service

TinyLink provides free URL shortening and click analytics. You can shorten links without an account; a free account adds a dashboard for managing links and viewing statistics. Links never expire by default — you control their lifetime.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use TinyLink to link to:

  • Malware, phishing pages, or other harmful content
  • Material that is illegal in your jurisdiction or ours
  • Content that infringes the rights of others
  • Spam or deceptive schemes

Links that violate these rules are blocked — they stop resolving and show a policy notice instead of the destination. Repeat violations may result in account suspension.

Your links, your responsibility

You are responsible for the destinations your links point to. TinyLink is a redirect service — we don't control, endorse, or review third-party content, and we may block any link that abuses the service.

Availability

We work hard to keep every link fast and always working, but the service is provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted availability. Features may evolve, and links may be unresponsive during maintenance.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TinyLink is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or from short links resolving (or failing to resolve) to destinations.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the service grows. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Questions? Use the contact page.
